The $10,000 auction
Any house at any price!
Auctions are one of the oldest and purest forms of real estate marketing. It’s success is due to ‘The Human Factor’ as different people compete for the same finite resource (your home.) Unfortunately many people view auctions as a high pressure, high price form of selling. We plan to change this with our auction guarantee.
Welcome to the Bluesky difference…
One fixed price
No matter what your property sells for, you can be guaranteed you’ll pay no more than $10,000, including GST!
