Having sold numerous properties in my life I would say that my dealings with Daniel and Blue Sky has been second to none. The  service and personal commitment that he and his team provide to me and my family has been fantastic.  The Blue Sky mantra regarding selling techniques and listening to and implementing  the expectations that we had  have been meet with such a high standard that we could not wish for a more prompt and trouble free sale of two properties. We recently sold our house through Blue Sky Real Estate using the Fair Trade system.

From the time Daniel first told us about Fair Trade we thought it was a great idea. Fair Trade meant that once our house was sold, we would decide the commission that we were to pay, based on how we thought our agent had performed.

Because of this we knew that our agent would do his best to get us the best price that he could.

When we signed the listing we had the range of commissions and the dollar amount of commissions fully explained to us on a chart. It was very clear.

Our house sold in the first week of marketing and we were extremely happy with the result. We then settled on a commission within the range and dollar amount that had been explained to us before which we thought was fair and in the end we could not have been happier, the process was just so easy.

We would recommend Blue Sky Real Estate and the Fair Trade system to anyone thinking of selling and know that we will use them again in the future.

The other thing that really marked him out was his great communication throughout the process.  He was always available and ready to help, and we were always kept informed of what was going on and where things were at – which was particularly important given the ongoing earthquakes at the time of purchase.  And there was never any pressure or any sense of being ‘played off’ – everything was always clear and ‘straight up’, which we really appreciated.
